  You will receive digital fully edited images in high resolution through an online gallery.

  You will receive three Full HD videos through an online gallery as follows:
  - Up to 1 minute wedding teaser: Ideal for social media sharing
  - Wedding highlight video: Artistically edited to narrate the story of your day. Length varies based on hours of coverage and the number of videographers.
  - Wedding documentary film: Includes full ceremony, speeches/toasts, special dances, and every memorable moment of your wedding day.

• Do I receive any pictures sooner than the full gallery delivery?
  Yes, Absolutely. You will receive sneak peek (including up to 30 images) a week after wedding day. 
   

• What is the turnaround time for photos?
  Photos: 8 to 12 weeks
  After your wedding day, we'll be back with a treasure trove of beautiful pictures. Taking our time, we carefully sift through each snapshot to craft a wonderful selection that narrates the story of your special day. This delightful journey usually spans days, or even weeks, before we dive into the editing process – a labor of love that takes at least twice as long as the joyous hours of your wedding celebration.
   

• What is the turnaround time for videos?

  Yes, we gladly grant print rights to you. This allows you to download pictures through the online gallery and order prints either through your gallery or any other service (such as Shutterfly, Costco, etc.). You are welcome to print pictures for personal use as many times as you like, as long as they are not used for commercial and profit purposes.
   

• Can I pick a music for my highlight video?
  Yes, you can choose your own music, but it must be properly licensed for use in your video. If you don't have a license, we will select the perfect licensed music for you.

• How should I lock my date?
  To secure your date, we require a 20% deposit and a signed contract.
   

• How can I make the payment? Do you offer different payment method?
  Upon receiving our online invoice included in the service proposal, you can conveniently make payments with your credit card, debit card, or checking account..
   

• How far I should pay off? Do you offer payment plan?
  We request a 20% deposit, with 30% due three months before the wedding date, and the remaining 50% due one month before the wedding date. You can break down your payment as much as you want only if you make 20% deposit to lock the date and pay off the balance a month before the wedding date.
   

• Should I pay for mileage? 
  No, we don't charge for mileage for the entire DFW area.
   

• Do you offer destination weddings?
  Certainly! We love to travel to capture your beautiful love story. Every year, we do couple of destination weddings and so far we have done this in California, Cancun, Colorado, Oklahoma. We would be thrilled to discuss your destination wedding in a call.
   

• Is there an additional charge for taxes on top of the package price?
  No, we don't charge you for tax.
