FILM SUGGESTION
For your film, we highly encourage either writing letters to each other to read privately for video or read personal vows during the ceremony. This helps to tell your unique love story. Other than that, the emotions in your voice tone brings a beautiful natural flow to the film and makes it more personalized.

PHOTO & FILM SAMPLE TMELINE
We would like to share a wedding timeline sample so you can see how a wedding goes in eye of a photographer and cinematographer! As you go over the sample you realize we choose 9 hours. During past years with shooting over 300 weddings, we find 9 hours is a minimum timeline to capture your love story.
1 pm- Details shots (Dress, bouquet, shoes, invitation, rings, shoes, jewelry, decor, venue, groom’s suites)
1:30- makeup shots
1:40 pm- bride & bridesmaids in robe, cheers!
2:10 pm- groom getting ready shots
2:15 pm- Groomsmen photo
2:30 pm- Bride gets dressed, shoes, earrings, and some bridal pictures!
3:00 pm- bride & bridesmaids photos (it’s good to take these photos to save time for after ceremony pictures and head to reception faster)
3:20 pm- if couple choose not to say personal vows in ceremony, this is when we would have the bride and groom privately read letters from each other
3:40- optional first look with groom, dad or groomsmen
4:00 pm- bride & groom portraits
5:00 pm- ceremony
5:40 pm- family formals
6:00 pm- bride & groom portraits, bride & groom with bridal party group pictures
7:00 pm- bride & groom entrance to reception
9:30 or 10:30 pm- optional private dance
10 or 11 pm- Send off
Your wedding timeline is very important for us! Outdoor pictures are beautiful during golden hour, and it’s different throughout the year (as it depends on sunrise & sunset). Ideally perfect time for outdoor pictures is about 2 hours prior to sunset (to avoid sharp shadows on face). During golden hour the Sun's light angle is lower, and it creates a natural rim light!
PLANNING
We Can’t say how important it is to have a coordinator for wedding day. It might sound cheesy, but We guarantee you’ll appreciate each dime spent on it. You may not feel the necessity but as it gets closer to the wedding day, you’ll see the need to have one. For smaller weddings (up to 50) you may consider a day of coordination but for the larger events it’s a MUST. Why hiring a coordinator is important? She/He helps managing the overall day based on the timeline, help guests to be ready for all of upcoming programs (ceremony, grand entrance, food serving, toasts, and etc.), help gathering bridal party for pictures, managing families for formal pictures, manage & coordinate ceremony & reception, prepare everything for food serving, and helps photographers & videographers to capture everything smoother.

It’s a great opportunity to get to know each other! You feel comfortable with us so it’s the key to have beautiful pictures. After capturing many sweet couples with different characteristics (shy, nerdy, adventurous, chill, hyperactive & etc …) and based on their testimonials we figured the engagement session is a perfect introduction to our journey. This is not a must but if you ask us, we definitely recommend it. Beautiful photos are the result of many good factors and one of the important ones is being comfortable to be yourself!
